Customs Entry Writer

As Customs Entry Writer you will be part of our Customs team and responsible for all matters regarding our customs procedures into the U.S.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for making U.S. Customs entries and ISF Filings under U.S. Customs laws.
• You digitally prepare and file all documentation that is required for our goods to clear U.S. Customs.
• As a Customs Entry Writer you have deep knowledge of all regulation and procedures of U.S. Customs, FDA, USDA and other Government Agencies (PGA) and you will keep it up to date.
• You review and organize the incoming documents to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and PGA reporting requirements.
• You troubleshoot issues that preventing cargo from its release.

Your Qualifications

• You are enthusiastic about customs regulations and enjoy working in a dynamic, global trade environment.
• Quality service and satisfied customers, whether internal or external, are important to you.
• You have at least three to five years of experience as an Customs Entry Writer.
• Additional Customs certifications (CCS, LCB) are welcome but not required.
• You are proficient in netCHB.
• Knowledge of German or Spanish is helpful, but not a must.
