EgeTrans is ISO 9001:2015 certified

At the end of November 2019 EgeTrans officially obtained DIN ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality Management System. The conformity of company departments in Marbach (Germany), as well as company locations in Chicago (USA) and Santiago de Querétaro (Mexico) with the requirements of the internationally recognised Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2015 was established in a three-day audit.

What is ISO 9001?
ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems (QMS) and was developed by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization). A Quality Management System (QMS) supports companies in the optimization of processes and the management of documentation and communication. ISO 9001 focuses on customer orientation coupled with the process of continuous improvement.

Why did we decide to implement a QMS according to ISO 9001:2015?
EgeTrans stands for tailor-made logistics services and first-class service. The quality of our services and the satisfaction of our customers is the benchmark for our actions in all areas of the company. This is why we decided in 2018 to have this quality standard officially certified by TÜV Süd. We are delighted that we achieved this goal in November by obtaining the certificate and now more than ever we see it as our task to continuously develop ourselves further in order to be able to offer our customers first-class service in the long term.
