EgeTrans strengthens its top management for the future

The international logistics service provider EgeTrans, based in Marbach am Neckar, Germany, reorganized its top management. As a strategic response to the company’s dynamic growth over the past decades – and with the clear goal of further enhancing customer focus – the management team of Peter, Bettina und Marcel Steinmüller was expanded by six authorized officers.

This step marks the transition to a collaborative leadership model and is also an essential part of the company’s long-term succession planning.

“We are convinced that the complex challenges of the future can best be mastered as a team. Our top priority has always been and remains to provide our customers with the best possible service. By expanding the Management Board, we are setting the course for a stable and successful future. It is a clear commitment to distributing responsibility more broadly so that decision-making processes remain short despite the increase in the number of employees.”
Peter Steinmüller, CEO

The new members of the Management Board will help steer EgeTrans’ global activities in the future – across borders and continents:

  • Dominik Braun (Chief Operating Officer)
  • Christian Dietl (Chief Digital Officer)
  • Thomas Leusch (Chief Supply Chain Officer)
  • Michael Rittmaier (Chief Sales Officer)
  • Melanie Stuermer (Chief Financial Officer)
  • Kathrin Woelper (Chief Human Resources Officer)

“For the new Management Board, we have selected long-standing employees who bring experience, in-depth expertise, and a strong connection to our corporate culture and values. Together, we will manage the company as a team and thus remain “small enough to care” – even as we continue to grow – for our customers and for our employees.”
Marcel Steinmüller, President
