The importance of corporate values is particularly apparent in turbulent times. With the pandemic, war in Eastern Europe, energy crisis and rising inflation, our company has recently been confronted with various challenges. But internally, too, the strong growth of the company made it necessary to set the course for the future. Procedures, routines and processes had to be rethought and developed further. Our values have played a central role in this process as a guideline and source of direction. They are the constant basis for the development and implementation of strategies and decisions.

Sustainable corporate management is becoming increasingly important – a positive development in which we are happy to make our contribution. This includes not only ecological, but also economic and social aspects. This ESG triad (Environmental, Social, Governance) has relevance for all stakeholders: Customers, suppliers and other business partners, but also employees and the public.

The contribution we made in 2022 can now be read in our new sustainability report. In line with the aforementioned traid, we have structured it into three chapters: economy, ecology and social issues. In the report, we want to make our convictions clear – with our policies, measures and targets in the area of sustainability.

In the economy section, we provide figures on our business activities and explain what EgeTrans stands for. The ecology chapter lists our environmental policy, lists relevant energy indicators and presents measures to save energy and avoid waste. The social chapter covers our activities in the areas of employee health and safety, employee development and career management, social commitment and diversity in the company.
