EgeTrans makes its own digitalization goals become reality by implementing a new electronic invoicing process. Since November 17th, 2020, all invoices sent to EgeTrans have been recorded electronically and are processed, checked and archived by our employees exclusively in digital form.
This innovation not only optimizes our internal processes, but also reduces physical storage space by eliminating the need to store paper invoices. All business partners are now invited to send their invoices to EgeTrans by e-mail and to support digitalization.
The digitized invoicing process makes workflows more flexible, creates transparency and increases our administrative quality. This enables us to achieve goals that we do not only pursue on the basis of our certified quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. A nice side effect of digitalization – resources such as paper and packaging are conserved.
